Hua Cheng Education Centre was spearheaded by a team of experienced NIE trained teachers in the year 2000. With the advice from a former Assoc Professor from NIE-NTU, we had developed our own curriculum and teaching methods in the teaching of the Chinese language for more than 20 years.
We believe that Chinese Language can be taught in a fun and engaging manner, where students enjoy the learning process and are able to use the knowledge flexibly in real-life situations.
Terms and conditions:
• Promotion valid till 31 Dec 2024 for a one-time application.
• Please present valid NTUC membership card in person upon purchase.
• Card holder’s identity will be verified against information provided for registration.
• Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
• Applicable for enrolment to full term courses under Hua Cheng Education Centre only.
• Not appliable for short-term holiday, supplementary courses, or other events.
• Deposit fee and prevailing term fees apply, refer to the centre’s registration Terms and Conditions.
• Students who have currently suspended their lessons will be categorised as current students.
• Students who have never enrolled in Hua Cheng before, or have left Hua Cheng for more than two terms, will both be categorised as new students.
• Students are not allowed to transfer between centres during the term(s) for which they have enjoyed the promotion.
• This promotion excludes transfers, withdrawals and re-registrations.
• This promotion is subject to availability of vacancies and management’s final decision.
• Hua Cheng Education Centre reserves the right to amend / append / withdraw terms and conditions without prior notice.
• In cases of dispute of promotional terms and payment method of fees, Hua Cheng Education Centre reserves all rights and final decision on the matter.
